Needs a tutorial or help guide

This app seems like something used on a phone. Is claims to be able to chat of facebook, but Im not figuring that out. :/
It feels like you have to go through a few hoops to get somewhere in addition to the "phone app" feel.
Its very responsive, has good potential. the screen can be resized (a great thing Im thankful for).
I somewhat prefer an actual web browser since Id be able to talk to several people at once.
If there was a "chat with friends" tab, that would be perfect! Especially if you can have different tabs instead of windows to talk in.
This app is good for something simple for people who dont chat often, or like to access fb in any window. (such with Lion on mac.)

Overall, a little help guide would make this less confusing and more enjoyable. Especially who cant figure out things quickly.
