Excellent app for Twiiter / Facebook / Gmail, notifications need improvement

Very slick, nicely designed, simple and intuitive app. (Hate the logo, though. ; ) "Social" is similar to TweetDeck but better -- doesnt rely on Adobe Air, is quick and light and stays out of the way, and also includes Gmail support. I dont really use Gmail but if you do, this will probably be all you need for an email client as well, which makes it a pretty amazing little app. Growl notifications are optional, and can be with or without sound.

The one thing that really needs improvement is these notifications, though -- rather than showing the actual content of the post, every single notification is the same generic message, e.g.: "You have new tweet from Twitter" or "You have 34 unread messages from Gmail." Should be able to see at a glance what the new tweet or email message is and who its from, so you can ignore it or choose to read it, rather than having to first click on the notification in order to see the actual message. Very annoying.

Lastly, the notifications do not seem to work for Facebook, at least for me. (I know Facebook changes stuff with their API a lot, so possibly this could be a Facebook issue that will be fixed soon?…)
